1. Services

Valley & Vine Transport LLC provides private transportation, curated tour experiences, itinerary planning, and related tourism services throughout Virginia and surrounding areas.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

2. Reservations and Bookings

Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed by Valley & Vine.

Pricing, availability, vehicle assignments, itineraries, and venue participation are subject to change based on operational requirements, weather conditions, venue availability, and other circumstances beyond our control.

The individual making the reservation represents that they are authorized to act on behalf of all members of their group.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be provided during the booking process.

Deposits, booking fees, and final payment requirements may vary depending on the service provided.

Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation of services.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are communicated at the time of booking and may vary by service type.

Refund eligibility may depend upon notice provided, vendor commitments, prepaid expenses, and other factors.

Valley & Vine reserves the right to retain deposits, booking fees, or other non-refundable amounts as disclosed during booking.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers, staff, venue personnel, and other guests.

Valley & Vine reserves the right to terminate service without refund if a guest:

  • Becomes disruptive, abusive, or threatening

  • Engages in illegal activity

  • Creates unsafe conditions

  • Damages property

  • Refuses reasonable instructions from staff or drivers

Guests remain financially responsible for any damage caused to vehicles, equipment, venues, or third-party property.

6. Alcohol Consumption

Valley & Vine provides transportation and tourism services and does not sell alcoholic beverages.

Guests are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding alcohol consumption.

Participating venues may require valid government-issued identification and may refuse service at their discretion.

Valley & Vine is not responsible for decisions made by participating venues regarding service, admission, or alcohol sales.

7. Itineraries and Third-Party Venues

Tour itineraries may include wineries, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, hotels, attractions, and other third-party businesses.

Valley & Vine does not own, operate, or control these venues.

We are not responsible for:

  • Venue closures

  • Changes in operating hours

  • Product availability

  • Pricing changes

  • Service quality

  • Food, beverage, or product purchases

  • Injuries, losses, or damages occurring on third-party premises

Guests assume responsibility for evaluating and participating in activities offered by third-party venues.

8. Delays and Force Majeure

Valley & Vine shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Road closures

  • Traffic incidents

  • Government actions

  • Public health emergencies

  • Mechanical failures

  • Labor disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Venue closures

In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements when feasible.

9. Assumption of Risk

Participation in tours, transportation services, outdoor activities, and visits to third-party venues involves inherent risks.

By participating, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel, transportation, venue visits, food and beverage consumption, outdoor activities, and related experiences.

Guests are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate based on their own health, abilities, and circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valley & Vine Transport LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Valley & Vine for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.

11. Personal Property

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

Valley & Vine is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property.

Items left in vehicles may be returned when practical, but we cannot guarantee recovery.

12. Photography and Marketing

Valley & Vine may occasionally capture photographs or video during tours, events, or experiences.

By participating, guests grant Valley & Vine permission to use photographs or video containing their likeness for promotional, marketing, website, social media, advertising, and business purposes.

Guests who do not wish to be photographed or recorded for marketing purposes must notify Valley & Vine in writing prior to the scheduled service.

13. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Upload malicious software or harmful code

  • Use website content without authorization
